  • sour cream - 12 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • cornflake crumbs - 1 c
  • frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb

How to make cheesy potato casserole:

Topping:1/4 c. melted margarine1 c. cornflake crumbs Mix hash browns with cheese, onion, sour cream, soup, spices and margarine. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with a mixture of margarine and cornflakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
