Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Topping:1/4 c. melted margarine1 c. cornflake crumbs Mix hash browns with cheese, onion, sour cream, soup, spices and margarine. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with a mixture of margarine and cornflakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
