Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- Topping:1 c
- hash brown potatoes - 32 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients well and pour into large casserole dish.Topping:1 c. crushed potato chips1 stick melted butter Mix well the potato chips with melted butter. Spread on top and bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
