- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed cornflakes - 2 3
- finely chopped onion - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 32 oz
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
- finely shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Spread hash browns in bottom of rectangular casserole dish. Mix cheese, onion, soup, sour cream and 1 stick butter and spread over hash browns. Coat crushed cornflakes with other stick of melted butter and spread over casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
