Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- corn flakes - 2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 10 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- Topping:1/2 stick margarine
How to make hash brown casserole:
Topping:1/2 stick margarine2 c. corn flakes Thaw potatoes (hash browns). Mix with margarine (melted). Stir in salt, pepper, onion, soup, cheese, sour cream and green pepper. Pour into pan. Bake for 45 minutes, then add topping and bake 15 minutes longer in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
