Hash brown casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- can undiluted cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cornflakes, crushed and mixed with 1/4 c - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Combine all ingredients except potatoes and cornflakes. Mix potatoes throughout all combined ingredients. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and sprinkle cornflakes over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
