  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
  • Topping:2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Thaw potatoes and mix with other ingredients.Topping:2 c. crushed cornflakes1/4 c. melted butter Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

Can be made the day before.
