Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- Topping:2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Thaw potatoes and mix with other ingredients.Topping:2 c. crushed cornflakes1/4 c. melted butter Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Can be made the day before.
