Hash brown bake
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- sprinkle of parsley - 1 item
- bacon pieces - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cornflakes or cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make hash brown bake:
Mix all ingredients, except cornflake crumbs and some cheese. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breakfast, Time to make.
