Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 6 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Cut a pumpkin in half and remove all seeds and membranes. (If you plan to make toasted pumpkin seeds, wash the seeds and place them on a paper towel to dry.) Peel the outside and cut into small chunks. Place these in a large pot and cover with water. Boil until pumpkin is tender.
