- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- tubes Ritz crackers - 2 item
- Southern style hash browns - 3 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix hash browns, chopped onion, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream together. Melt 2 sticks butter. Crush Ritz crackers. Mix crackers and butter together. Put on top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
