Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- large potatoes - 4 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- bottle catsup - 1/2 item
- ground sirloin - 1 lb
- small can peas - 1 item
How to make hamburger stew:
Brown onion, parsley and ground sirloin until lightly brown. Slice potatoes on top. Add catsup and water. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add peas and cook for 5 minutes longer.One pot complete dinner. Serve with rolls.
