Company casserole

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
• can tomato sauce - 1 oz
• cottage cheese - 1 c
• hamburger
• pepper to taste - 1 item
• grated sharp American cheese - 3/4 c

How to make company casserole:

Cook noodles. Cook meat in skillet (drain off fat). Add salt, pepper, butter, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes; alternate layers of noodles and meat. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
