Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • diced onion - 1/3 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • ham, chopped - 6 oz
  • Swiss cheese, chopped - 8 oz
  • rimmed pie shell - 1 item

How to make ham and swiss quiche:

Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add ham, cheese and onion. Stir to mix. Spoon into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
