Ham and swiss quiche
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- diced onion - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- ham, chopped - 6 oz
- Swiss cheese, chopped - 8 oz
- rimmed pie shell - 1 item
How to make ham and swiss quiche:
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add ham, cheese and onion. Stir to mix. Spoon into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, One Dish meal.
