Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 1/2 lb
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- whipped topping - 1 1
- pineapple juice - 2 Tbsp
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- green seedless grapes, halved - 2 c
How to make angel salad:
Drain crushed pineapple and reserve juice. In a double boiler combine sugar, egg, juice, vinegar and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Combine fruit and marshmallows in a bowl. Pour the cooled dressing over iRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Fruit, Salads.
