Ham and cheese quiche
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Swiss cheese, shredded
- ham, cut in 1/4-inch cubes - 6 oz
- chopped green onions may use green pepper instead - 1/3 c
How to make ham and cheese quiche:
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add ham, cheese, onions and white pepper. Mix to distribute ingredients evenly. Pour mixture into 10-inch raw pie shell.
