  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • ham, finely chopped - 2 c
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • hot pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c

How to make ham and cheese ball:

Buy 1/2 pound of ham, sliced a little thicker. Stack and chop finely. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Cover and chill for several hours. Form into a ball and roll in nuts to coat. Serve with
