Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- shrimp, shelled and deveined - 1 lb
- red pepper flakes - 1/8 tsp
- small onion - 1/2 item
How to make grilled shrimp:
Place shrimp in bowl. Mix all ingredients and pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour (no longer). Lift shrimp from marinade and thread 6 to 8 shrimp on skewer. Place skewers on grill, turning as needed. Cook 8 to 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
