Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- small tomatoes - 4 item
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 4 oz
- medium red onion - 1 item
- Dressing:1/2 c
- head romaine lettuce - 1 item
- head iceberg lettuce - 1 item
- shredded red cabbage to taste - 1 item
- small jar black olives, pitted and sliced - 1 item
How to make greek salad:
Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onion, red cabbage, olives and cheese in large non-metallic container.Dressing:1/2 c. olive oil1/4 c. white vinegar1/2 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix dressing ingredients together in a small glass jar and refrigerate until serving time.
