- bunch spinach - 1 item
- red onion, sliced - 1 item
- cup red wine vinegar - 1 item
- tsp pepper - 1 item
- cup black olives - 1 item
- cup diced tomato - 1 item
- stlk, romaine lettuce - 1 item
- sm red bell pepper - 1 item
- cup Feta cheese - 1 item
- Dressing:1 cup olive oil
- tbsp oregano - 1 item
How to make greek salad:
Dressing:1 cup olive oil1 cup red wine vinegar1 tbsp oregano1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced Tear lettuce and spinach in large bowl. Add other ingredients.Mix dressing in jar. Pour over salad just before serving. Sliced beets and pepperoncini peppers may be added if so desired.
