  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • chicken breasts, boned - 6 item
  • box Stove Top dressing mix - 1 item
  • slices Cheddar or Swiss cheese - 6 item
  • mushrooms, drained and sliced - 4 oz
  • white wine + 1 tsp - 1/2 c

How to make gourmet chicken:

*May substitute 1/2 cup chicken broth.

Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Top with cheese and mushrooms. Mix wine with soup; pour over chicken. Mix dressing as package directs and spoon over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
