Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- pecan halves - 2 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make glazed pecans:
Beat egg white until soft peak will stand. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Grease cookie sheet; spread 1-inch apart. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
