- sugar - 2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 4 item
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- pecans - 1 lb
- almonds - 1 lb
How to make glazed nuts:
Preheat oven to 325°. Beat egg whites. Add sugar and salt. Slowly melt margarine in three-quart casserole. Mix nuts into egg white mixture. Bake nuts in margarine at 325° until margarine is absorbed, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Fruit.
