  • salt - 1 c
  • water - 2 qt
  • vinegar - 1 qt
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • cukes - 1 item
  • dill seed and 1 tsp

How to make dill pickles:

Heat first 3 ingredients to boiling. In clean sterilized jars, put cukes, dry mustard, garlic and dill weed. Pour boiling vinegar mixture over cukes; seal!!! Do not open for 6 to 8 weeks.
