Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 2 c
- large cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- chopped onion large - 1 item
- pressed garlic - 1 item
How to make italian meatballs:
Slowly cook the tomato sauce and pressed garlic for about one hour. In a large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Use hands to mix and form into meatballs about 1-inch in diameter. Cover with sauce and cook in a 350° oven until browned.Great in a meatball sub or serve with toothpicks for an appetizer.
