Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- orange rind optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make glazed carrots:
Cook 2 to 3 cups of carrots in salted water until tender. Combine all ingredients, cook until thickened. Pour over carrots and reheat.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
