Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- snipped parsley - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- medium carrots - 8 item
How to make glazed carrots:
Cut carrots into 2-inch pieces. Heat carrots and remaining ingredients, except the parsley, to boiling. Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until carrots are tender (about 25 minutes). Remove carrots and boil the liquid rapidly to reduce the liquid to a glazed consistency. Add carrots. Turn to glaze evenly with glaze.
