Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
- carrots, cut in 2-inch strips - 1 lb
How to make glazed carrots:
Cook carrots in Wesson oil over medium heat until lightly browned. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
