Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
  • carrots, cut in 2-inch strips - 1 lb

How to make glazed carrots:

Cook carrots in Wesson oil over medium heat until lightly browned. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
