Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- unsalted butter room temperature - 1 c
- candied ginger, finely chopped - 4 Tbsp
How to make ginger biscuits:
Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla, candied ginger and ground ginger. Mix until well blended. Fold flour into batter until just mixed. Shape dough into logs (1 1/2 to 1 3/4-inches in diameter). Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at lRecipe categories: Breads, < 15 mins, Rolls/biscuits.
