  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • blueberries - 1 c
  • grated lemon peel - 2 tsp

How to make blueberry muffins:

Preheat oven to 425°. Grease muffin tins. Combine Bisquick and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl. Make a "well" in center of mixture. Add sour cream and egg. Beat with a fork until well combined. Fold in blueberries with rubber scraper. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into each muffin cup (12 muffins).

In a separate bowl, combine lemon peel and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well. Sprinkle over batter in muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
