- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 1/2
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- can vegetable broth - 1 item
- frozen broccoli stir fry vegetable mix - 3 c
How to make ginger beef noodle soup:
Brown ground beef, pour off drippings. Add salt, ginger and pepper. Stir in water, broth and seasoning package from noodles. Bring to a boil. Stir in vegetables and noodles. Return to boil. Cook until noodles are tender. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
