- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/8 Tbsp
- light soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- London Broil - 1 lb
- garlic clove, finely minced - 1 item
- ginger root, finely minced - 1 Tbsp
How to make ginger beef:
