Garlic roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- large baking potatoes - 4 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 4 item
- butter - 3 4
- grated Parmesan - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make garlic roasted potatoes:
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Rinse in cold water; drain on paper towels. Melt butter in saucepan; add garlic and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.Put potatoes in large bowl. Add butter/garlic, half of the Parmesan and seasoning. Stir until potatoes are well-coated.
Pour into greased, shallow pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400°, uncovered, until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
