Ingredients/Components
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- Accent - 3/4 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make potato cheese croquettes:
Beat eggs and potatoes until frothy. Stir in cheese and seasoning. Shape as desired. Dip in bread crumbs. Fry in shallow, hot fat until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
