Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cold water - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- sliced green onions - 3 Tbsp
- chopped cucumber - 3/4 c
- dried tarragon leaves, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- drops hot pepper sauce - 3 item
- torn spinach - 1 c
- fresh parsley, stemmed - 1/2 c
How to make garden vegetable platter:
Bring to boil spinach, parsley, water, onions and tarragon in small saucepan. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 1 minute. Drain. Place spinach mixture and all remaining ingredients in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth. Cover. Refrigerate.
