  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped black olives - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped green peppers - 1 c
  • finely chopped tomatoes - 1 c
  • small can chopped chilies mild or medium - 1 item

How to make garden vegetable dip:

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Add the vinegar, oil and garlic salt. Set overnight and drain. Use corn chips to dip.
