Rhubarb salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cold water
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- diced rhubarb - 3 c
- diced celery - 2 c
How to make rhubarb salad:
Put rhubarb, sugar and salt in pan on low heat. Do not stir or add water. When tender, quickly bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add jello. Dissolve. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until slightly thickened and spoon into molds. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
