- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- orange extract - 1/2 t
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- peach schnapps - 3/4 c
How to make fuzzy navel cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 1/2 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs bake when touched.In a small bowl, combine last 3 ingredients together. While cake is still warm in pan, poke holes in cake. Pour liquor mixture over cake. Allow cake to cool in pan at least 2 hours before removing.
