Frozen raspberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• toasted almonds - 1/4 c
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• egg whites, beaten - 2 item
• pie shells - 2 item
• dash of salt if desired - 1 item

How to make frozen raspberry pie:

Beat sugar into egg whites until stiff. Fold in raspberries, Cool Whip, lemon juice and dash of salt. Fold into baked pie shells. Top with almonds and freeze. Set out a few minutes before serving. Makes 2 pies.
