Zucchini jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- peeled and grated zucchini - 6 c
- can crushed and drained pineapple - 1 oz
- pineapple flavoring or omit - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini jam:
Cook zucchini and 1 cup water over medium heat; bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook an additional 6 minutes. Add lemon juice, pineapple and flavoring. Bring to a boil and cook 6 more minutes. Add dry gelatin; mix well. Pour into prepared jelly jars.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
