Peanut butter pie



  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • powdered sugar
  • peanut butter
  • white sugar - 1 c

How to make peanut butter pie:

Make vanilla filling: Set aside the egg whites. Cook 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, butter and milk until thick, pour half of the vanilla filling in a deep dish pie shell and set aside. Then take powdered sugar and peanut butter, mix until crumbly, pour 3/4 cup of crumbs on filling. Pour remaining vanilla filling on top of crust. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, beat until stiff. Spread on pie. Put remaining peanut butter crumbs on top of pie. Cook at 325° until brown.
