Frozen raspberry mousse
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- frozen raspberries - 1 pkg
How to make frozen raspberry mousse:
Whip all ingredients in blender. Freeze overnight in ring mold. Unmold on round plate. Garnish with leaves and serve drenched with Chambord (raspberry liqueur), if desired. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Ice cream.
