- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 pt
- salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make frozen custard:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Scald milk. Pour over eggs. Put on fire and cook until boiling. Cool. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla just before freezing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Egg.
