Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 3/4 lb
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- flour - 3 c
How to make swedish butter cookies:
Cream butter. Add sugar slowly. Add eggs, flour and salt. Blend well. Add vanilla; mix, then chill. Roll out on dough board and cut out with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
