Ingredients/Components
- shrimp - 2 lb
- precooked sausage, chunked - 2 lb
- to 12 pieces Niblets corn - 8 item
- Old Bay seasoning if desired - 1 item
How to make frogmore stew:
Place corn, sausage and seasoning in large pot covering corn and sausage with water. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from pot to prevent overcooking shrimp. Serve with butter and cocktail sauce.From Frogmore, South Carolina, by our hometown of Beaufort.
