Mini cheesecakes

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz

How to make mini cheesecakes:

Line muffin tins with liners. Press crumbs with shot glass. Preheat oven to 325°. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit, jam or powdered sugar.
