Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Line muffin tins with liners. Press crumbs with shot glass. Preheat oven to 325°. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit, jam or powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 30 mins.
