French toast
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- to 4 slices white or wheat bread - 2 item
How to make french toast:
Beat eggs, milk and cinnamon in deep dish. Set aside. Drop a pat of butter into frying pan over medium heat until melted. Dip bread slices one at a time in egg batter; coat both sides. Don't soak, just get bread good and wet. Put bread slice into pan and cook both sides until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breakfast, American.
