  • broken pecans - 1 c
  • blackberry jam - 2 c
  • Add eggs and beat well
  • box seedless raisins - 1 item
  • peach preserves any kind may be used - 1 c

How to make jam cake:

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Sift spices and flour; add soda to buttermilk. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the sugar-butter mixture. Fold in jam, preserves and nuts last until well-distributed. Bake
