Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 4 c
- butter - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- broken pecans - 1 c
- blackberry jam - 2 c
- Add eggs and beat well
- box seedless raisins - 1 item
- peach preserves any kind may be used - 1 c
How to make jam cake:
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Sift spices and flour; add soda to buttermilk. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the sugar-butter mixture. Fold in jam, preserves and nuts last until well-distributed. BakeRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Grains.
