  • frozen fish fillet - 1 lb
  • large onion, sauteed in 1/2 stick margarine - 1 item
  • large potatoes, diced - 3 item
  • diced carrots - 2 item
  • ribs diced celery - 3 item

How to make fish chowder:

Saute onion in margarine. Add potatoes, carrots and celery. Add 2 cups water and simmer until vegetables are soft. Add fish (broken in pieces). Simmer. Dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk and add to first and simmer a few minutes. Season to taste. If desired, add a small container frozen corn when adding fish.
