Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 tsp
- water - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 item
- can water-packed tuna - 1 item
- to 4 peeled, diced potatoes - 2 item
- saltines or oyster crackers - 1 item
How to make tuna chowder:
Saute onion in butter. Add potatoes. Cover with water, salt to taste and boil until potatoes are tender. Add tuna, cook until hot. Add milk and butter. Cook until butter melts. Serve with saltines or oyster crackers. This recipe is quick and easy.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Tuna, Chowders.
