- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- butter 1 stick - 1/2 c
- egg yolk, slightly beaten - 1 item
- light cream or sour cream - 2/3 c
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cream, cheese and egg yolk. Pour sauce over pasta; toss to coat well.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Condiments, etc..
