Festive fajitas
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- onions, diced - 3/4 c
- green peppers, diced - 1 c
- 8 inch flour tortillas - 4 item
- whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned - 2 item
- Velveeta Mexican cheese with jalapeno peppers - 1/4 lb
How to make festive fajitas:
Cut chicken in thin strips. Saute in oil for 4 minutes. Add peppers and onions; mix together. Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add Velveeta cheese cubes; stir until cheese melts. Fill tortillas with 1/4 of chicken mixture. Top with tomatoes; fold. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
